It was great to get together with all my brothers and some of their family. We always have a good time telling all the old stories once again and every once in a while a new one. When my brothers all get together you never know what to expect, they are pretty hilarious.
Anne and Walt
George, Walt, me, Johnny and Paul. In the same order that our mom used to line us up, from the youngest to the oldest..
We can never get together without some clowning around, and it’s not always George either.
George and Denise, Walt and Anne, me, Carole and Paul, Johnny and his grandson Blake.
Aaron and Ashley, George’s daughter and son-in-law with Bella their new puppy, Hannah, my daughter JoAnn’s daughter, Blaine and Blake, Johnny’s grandkids.
Anne (Amber and I are looking forward to seeing Walt and Anne’s daughter Jenny in April when she comes to Charlotte, NC for business.)
George and Denise were so kind to have this motley crew in their home and we enjoyed their hospitality so very much. They had enough room to seat us all at one long table. Seated at one end of the table is Hannah, Blaine and Carole.
Next my empty seat then Paul, Blake, Johnny (not seen), Aaron, Ashley and Denise . . .
Next to Denise is Chris and Jonathan Box, my daughter and son-in-law, George, Walt, Anne and back to Hannah. There was 15 of us for dinner. We did get to see Matthew, George’s son, for a few minutes before he had to go to work. We were there for 5 hours and it was hard to have to say goodbye. I had come such a long way to only get to see them for 5 hours, but I’m very grateful for that time together.
Thanks everyone for coming, Love you all!!!
