Jonathan, Chris and I went to the campus of Sonoma State University to do geo-caching. We found 4 of them with the aid of a GPS and hints on line. This is great fun and we got some exercise as well walking around their beautiful campus.
The first one was hidden in a wall of ivy pictured below. We found Atomic Dog (the green army man) in 2 of the geo-caches and his signature on one of the logs.
The second was under a plant in a pot by a building.
The third one was attached to a piece of art on campus. It didn’t look like art to me, just looked like a sign that had fallen down.
The last one was hidden under a metal plate that covered the bolts on a lamppost in a parking lot.
