“Faith Expedition” was the theme for this year’s VBS where they traveled to different times in the bible and different lands.
What’s Vacation Bible School without puppets?
Davis watching the puppets during the last night’s program. I couldn’t get shots of Jackson, a teacher was in front of him.
Davis doing hand motions to the songs.
Both Jackson and Davis kept looking around at the other kids singing more than singing themselves. Jackson is in the orange shirt and Davis is in the red shirt on the front row, and Abby is in the pink shirt in the second row.
Abby on the other hand loves to sing. She now has 4 teeth missing in front.
After the program everyone goes outside for games, the big slide, ice cream with all the toppings, and cotton candy. Jackson and Davis waiting in line to go down the big slide.
This is Davis going down the slide and I can’t tell you how many times all three of the kids went down this thing.
Jackson going down.
Abby and Jackson taking an ice cream break.
Davis taking an ice cream break.
Davis putting his water balloon in the sling. In the background are all the kids who want to get wet from the water balloons.
Davis pulling way back to get his water balloon to go up high. And it really did! He’s been watching the older kids. The perfect photo shot until the baby walked in front of my camera.
This is the 2nd year that Amber, Dustin and I worked in the craft area for the 4th – 6th grade kids. We have so much fun with them. The boys are all over Dustin and he loves it.
